Director of Sales Enablement

Job Summary:
As the Director of Sales Enablement, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our sales and client-facing teams by equipping them with the tools, training, and resources needed to excel in their roles. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the go-to-market, product, and marketing functions, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Go-To-Market Enablement Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales and client success enablement programs, including training, onboarding, and the development of playbooks, tools, and resources.
- Partner with sales and client success leadership to align enablement strategies with revenue goals and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute content that supports sales efforts, such as case studies, pitch decks, and competitive insights.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps, improve processes, and inform enablement strategies.
- Act as a liaison between sales, client success, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 6+ years of experience in sales, client success, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Experience developing and delivering sales enablement programs and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
