What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a GTM Associate Solution Architect to join our global Business Systems team. This role will collaborate closely with our GTM Applications team to optimize the current Gainsight/Salesforce platforms. You will enhance end user experiences by streamlining business processes and implementing technical solutions. As a solution architect, you will be responsible for the scalability, development, and integration of our Gainsight & Salesforce instances, with a focus on our Customer Success organization. What you’ll be working on
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing & Operations leaders and your scrum team to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements & solutions
- Solve low to moderate complexity business and technical problems by analyzing and evaluating current business processes and recommending a technical solution & plan
- Constantly evaluate data flows, day-to-day experiences, data security / privacy, and add-on packages to drive impact (measured in effectiveness of processes, acceleration of sales & scalability of operations along with security of our data)
- Drive introduction of new solutions - both in building or optimizing internal process, or in implementing new third-party tools into our technology ecosystem
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of the Gainsight & Salesforce ecosystem architecture, flows, and optimal configurations
- Maintain program documentation, project plans, and change management history
We’d love to hear from people with
- 2+ years of working with a 100+ seat Gainsight/Salesforce instance coupled with strong understanding of standard business processes (Marketing, Sales, Customer Adoption & Retention, etc.)
- 2+ years working with Gainsight Rules Engine, Data Designer, Journey Orchestrator
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically & drive new ideas and change
- An understanding of Customer Success and customer lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal
- Critical thinking ability to break down business problems, analyze impacts, propose technical solutions, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups and geographies while utilizing agile methodologies
- Preferred: Gainsight NXT Admin Certificate - Level 3
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification, or experience with GTM Productivity Tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Gong, Chilipiper, etc.)
