
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to lead our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, from purchase orders to payments and everything in between. You’ll manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance, support team members, and help drive process improvements across our finance function. This role offers exposure to manufacturing, tax filings, and inventory accounting in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
- Experienced in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) accounting operations, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Comfortable navigating ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and fluent in Excel tools like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Detail-obsessed, analytical, and reliable when it comes to numbers, reconciliations, and compliance.
- A clear communicator who builds strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders alike.
What We Need
- A leader to manage end-to-end P2P processes including PO review, invoice approvals, and timely payment execution.
- Someone who can manage the employee expense reimbursement
- Someone who can maintain clean vendor data, ensure purchasing compliance, and help refine internal controls.
- A strong reviewer who can support junior accountants and validate schedules related to prepaid expenses, leases, and fixed assets.
- A team player ready to jump in and support AR tasks or assist with audits when needed.

- Managing inventory tracking and accounting within a fast-moving, possibly multinational, environment.
- Preparing and filing GST/HST returns while deepening your knowledge of regulatory and cross-border tax practices.
- Improving accounting systems and workflows through automation and enhancement initiatives.
- Exposure to manufacturing and inventory accounting and how finance connects to broader operational success.
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
