Audio- Visual Specialist
The Swift Group is looking for a Audio-Visual Specialist, you will play a key role in accomplishing multimedia products and services by utilizing a wide range of skills related to photography, audiovisual production, visual information, illustration, computer operation, and telecommunication work. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in multimedia production, including hands-on experience with audio-visual equipment.. This position is located in St. louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality multimedia content using a variety of techniques and equipment, including photography, audiovisual production, and visual information
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs
- Operate audio-visual recorders, sound mixers, microphones, TV cameras, and related equipment to capture audio and video content
- Utilize modern digital production techniques and equipment to enhance multimedia materials
- Edit and enhance multimedia content using industry-standard software tools
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of multimedia products by conducting thorough reviews and revisions as needed
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in multimedia production to continuously improve skills and capabilities
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in accomplishing multimedia products and services
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating audio-visual recorders, sound mixers, microphones, TV cameras, and related equipment in a formal academic or professional education and training environment
- Proficiency in photography, audiovisual production, and visual information
- Strong technical skills in computer operation and telecommunication work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- BA/BS Degree or five additional years experience in lieu of a degree
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting data scientists to create—through fine tuning, transfer learning—models for classification, prediction, generative AI, or other similar tasks
- Demonstrated experience optimizing the deployment of AI models in the cloud
- Demonstrated experience with front-end web development frameworks such as Flask
- Demonstrated experience using Tableau to connect cloud serves to Tableau output visualizations
- MA/MS Degree
