Description:
OPS Consulting is searching for a Technical Recruiter that is an extremely organized professional with experience recruiting and staffing within the Intelligence Community (IC).  The Technical Recruiter will be highly knowledgeable in all facets of full life cycle recruiting specific to the IC and polygraph cleared candidates. The Technical Recruiter will be able to work well with other team members but also successfully recruit independently.

Required Experience:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience hiring and recruiting cleared positions up to the polygraph level specifically in the Fort Meade, MD area.
  • Must have experience hiring the following types of candidates: Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Acquisition Professionals, Intelligence Analysts, Network Analysts, etc.
  • Must be able to work with senior managers of the company on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to conduct offer negotiations and full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Must have resume writing experience with many different types of templates.
  • Ability to attend subcontractor meetings.
  • Must have experience using ATS/ CRM systems.
  • Must have great documentation skills with attention to detail. 
  • Must have experience attending career fairs and possess creative outreach to candidates through different recruiting outlets. 

Desired Experience:

  • Candidate who possesses an active security clearance or have the ability to obtain one. (not required)
  • BS degree in business or another related field.
  • Experience supporting Business Development with proposal work and AFCEA events.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
