Systems Administrator
The Swift Group is looking for an experience Systems Administrator to join a new prime contract providing technical and physical security system support. This individual will be a key member of the program team and work in a dynamic environment that supports both CONUS and OCONUS customers. The SA will deploy, update and maintain essential IT operations for security systems. They will also perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, research of event log warning and errors, resource monitoring, to ensure system architecture components work together seamlessly. They will also coordinate with customer and manufacturer technical support staff to ensure successful system operation and compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and laws.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) and with hardware/software configuration and deployment.
- Experience updating, maintaining, and supporting Windows Server Update Systems (WSUS)
- Ability to configure and maintain 802.lx network authentication protocol
- Proficiency with IT systems including but not limited to: MS Office, Adobe, and AutoCAD
- COMPTIA Security+ certification in the IT field
- Bachelor Degree
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
Desired Qualifications:
- 12+ years experience with industry standards for systems administration
- Previous experience with the IC
- Experience with various technical security systems (for example: CCTV, GSR, VSS, VMS)
