About the team 

You will be part of the Member Accession Marketing team as an Partnership Manager , based out of Delhi NCR.MAM is  highly motivated is dedicated to driving customer acquisition,  through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives

About the role 

As the Partnerships Manager (Events and Campaigns), at Tide you will play a key role in executing and managing both online and offline campaigns, events, and partnerships aimed at increasing Tide’s brand presence and acquiring new member

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure partnerships with corporate and social event organisers, offering tailored payment solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive revenue by integrating Tide’s payment solutions (Payment Gateway, Pay by Link, QR codes) into events, actively promoting these tools to businesses.
  • Ensure businesses smoothly adopt Tide’s payment solutions at events, contributing to long-term revenue generation.
  • Maximise business acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns (online and offline), engaging key decision-makers.
  • Work with marketing, KYC, and support teams to align objectives and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future events and campaigns.
  • Use data from campaigns to improve strategies, report on performance, and recommend future changes.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in event management, B2B marketing, or customer acquisition, with a proven track record of executing successful online and offline campaigns and events.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, guiding them to exceed business goals.
  • Previous experience in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies within the corporate and social event sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present strategies and ideas effectively to senior management, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously while ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • A well-established network with media agencies and event organisers (e.g., music concerts, marathons, etc.) is a must.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, close deals, understand client needs, and position solutions effectively.
