ABOUT THE ROLE

Tide is on a mission to save businesses time and money so they can get back to doing what they love. This is an exciting time to join the Savings team as we expand our global presence and product portfolio to empower micro and small & medium businesses (mSMEs) to meet their savings goals, enable growth and plan for the future. 

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product on developing the global product strategy (UK, India and Europe) for Savings 
  • Translate the global product strategy into impactful roadmaps
  • Lead design, data and engineering teams to execute on the roadmap and deliver against business objectives 
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products and features that provide value to our members
  • Collaborate closely with key business partners across marketing, legal, risk & compliance and other product teams   
  • Play a key role in the go to market activities and launch of Savings products in new global markets 
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and achievements to key stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends and key competitors

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record of 7 years in product management
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and data analysis 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing products across global markets
  • Highly organized with consistent quality in execution
  • Domain knowledge in financial services/fintech, with experience delivering innovative digital solutions to customers
  • Knowledge of the savings and investments domain is advantageous
