ABOUT THE TEAM

The Commercial Services team is on a mission to empower micro and small business owners across the globe. We build essential, easy-to-use tools—including e-commerce platforms, booking systems, and CRM solutions—that help our members successfully bring their products and services to market, facilitate sales both online and in person, and cultivate lasting customer loyalty. You'll be joining a focused team dedicated to creating the foundational technology that drives small business growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Marketing Manager

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new e-commerce, bookings, and CRM tools, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration among micro and small business owners.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Act as the voice of the customer, conducting competitive analysis, market research, and deep customer interviews to identify key pain points, opportunities, and validate product roadmaps.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Define compelling, benefit-driven positioning, messaging, and narratives that clearly articulate the value of our Commercial Services tools to our target audience segments.
  • Growth & Adoption: Partner closely with Marketing, and Product teams to develop and optimize in-product messaging, campaigns, and adoption loops that increase feature usage and overall business success for our members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product launches, adoption rates, feature usage, and revenue impact, using insights to refine future strategies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years’ product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or adjacent industries—ideally with subscription-based or tiered pricing products.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product marketing campaigns that delivered measurable business impact (positioning, launch and optimization).
  • Strong analytical mindset: Able to review and interpret data to develop hypotheses and assumptions, turning insights into clear, actionable plans.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple launches and tactical tests in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative collaborator: Builds relationships across teams, crafts compelling messaging and navigates ambiguity with confidence.
  • Self-starter attitude: Works backwards from targets, removes blockers proactively and adapts when priorities shift.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Sets and tracks clear KPIs to ensure every initiative meets revenue and growth goals.
