You will blend team coaching, hands-on delivery management, technical enablement (including DevOps and toolchain integration), and strategic consulting, acting as a trusted advisor to both business and IT leaders.
This position is a Contract position with the possibility of converting to full-time.
Lead Agile Transformation & Coaching
- Guide multi-team, multi-workstream agile adoption and transformation to deliver business value.
- Coach cross-functional teams, client stakeholders (including leaders), scrum masters, product owners, and business units on agile mindset, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, other scaling frameworks), and best practices.
- Facilitate and evolve agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives), championing a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
- Architect, measure, and iterate on organizational agile change roadmaps.
Technical Project Leadership
- Oversee and manage technical agile delivery for multiple teams, ensuring alignment to product vision and business goals.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs, architects, and DevOps engineers to remove impediments, escalate risks, and improve the flow of work.
- Enable backlog creation/maintenance, manage sprint/release planning, and engage in release coordination.
- Drive continuous DevOps process optimization, toolchain integration (Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.), automation, and reporting.
Strategic and Organizational Consulting
- Partner with senior client leaders to embed agility in operating models, support process improvement/waste elimination, and align delivery models to corporate strategy.
- Support and facilitate org design efforts: map roles/responsibilities, establish reporting structures, clarify team accountabilities, and build communities of practice.
- Advise on change management best practices, proactively identify/overcome resistance, and drive stakeholder alignment.
Enablement, Metrics, and Training
- Develop and deliver agile training materials, workshops, bootcamps, and upskilling sessions for teams and business partners.
- Define, implement, and report agile adoption and delivery metrics/KPIs (team throughput, flow, WIP, business outcomes, etc.).
- Support business development through pre-sales consultation, proposal writing, and SOW creation in partnership with Trace3 account teams.
Leadership, Influence, and Client Engagement
- Act as a servant leader and change agent, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, conflict management, and advanced facilitation skills.
