Are you ready to kickstart your HR career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Turing is looking for an HR Support Analyst (Developer Success Specialist) to join our Support Desk team and play a crucial role in supporting our People Team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in HR.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Team, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for our global team members. From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll help manage key processes and provide direct support to team members, fostering a culture of trust and engagement.
This role is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to build foundational HR skills while contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Support:
- Assist with onboarding processes, including setting up accounts and coordinating with recruiters, new hires, and other departments.
- Support internal transfer tasks and offboarding tasks to ensure smooth transitions, including documentation updates and system access changes.
- Employee Support Desk:
- Serve as the first point of contact for team member inquiries, addressing questions and escalating issues as needed.
- Provide timely and professional support for our international workforce across time zones.
- Data & Records Management:
- Maintain accurate personnel records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and update reports on employee data to support team projects and compliance needs.
- Process Improvement:
- Assist in creating and refining processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate on the implementation of new initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the HR Generalist and People Operations team to support key projects and programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on operational tasks.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Availability: typical working hours from 12:30pm - 8:30pm IST, with exception of bimonthly All Hands Meeting and initial training period.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, customer support, or administrative roles (internships included).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using an HRIS or willingness to learn new systems.
