Campaigns Manager
Who We Are
Position Overview:
We are looking for an integrated marketer/campaigns manager who places the value of captivating and aesthetically pleasing content at the highest level to create scalable campaigns and programs that help uplift our demand generation marketing including direct mail of all kinds (video folders, brochures, gift boxes), website activations like quizzes and fun personalized walkthroughs, and field marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and iterate on direct mail strategies that support marketing and sales goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and lead generation.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of direct mail campaigns, including vendor selection, creative development, production, execution, and fulfillment.
- Ensure highly targeted messaging for various customer personas and industries.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns and activations, using insights to iterate and improve future campaigns and ROI.
- Manage budgets for direct mail campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency while meeting performance goals.
- Continuously seek out new trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the impact and reach of direct mail efforts.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations, best practices, and company standards for brand voice and messaging.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in direct mail marketing, with proven success in managing large-scale campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and positioning and messaging by vertical.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and design for campaigns
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay Disclosure

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$130,000 - $155,000 USD
