Channel Sales Development Representative (SHI & Connection)

Responsibilities
Verkada is looking for an energetic Channel Business Development Representative to grow partner-driven deal opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with key National Service Provider (NSP) accounts Connection, and SHI.
- Supporting partner programs and promotions to expand our reach.
- Assisting in the growth of NSPs with consistent, disciplined outreach.
- Collaborating with partner sellers for account mapping and introductions to our internal sales team.
- Generating new deal registrations through outreach, enablement, and events.
- Reporting to the NSP Channel Sales leader and aiming for progression to a dedicated partner BDR and eventually a CSM role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 or more years sales experience preferred
- This position is a 5 day per week, in office position. Time will be spent in our Verkada Sales office in Austin and Partner onsite days.
- Ability to present a compelling product demo and high-level training to partners
- Highly organized with the ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Must possess a scrappy, hunter mentality while also being coachable

Pay Disclosure
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$65,000 - $175,000 USD
