- Drive ROI & Performance Metrics: Create and manage processes to measure the effectiveness of partner events and activities. Use data to drive continuous improvement and justify investment.
- Field Enablement & Activation: Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support region-specific partner development programs and co-branded field marketing campaigns.
- Partner Development Support: Oversee execution of in-field partner activities such as lunch & learns, demo days, and enablement workshops—ensuring a consistent and high-impact experience.
- Operational Excellence: Develop scalable operational processes across geographies. Manage planning timelines, vendor coordination, material logistics, and budget tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between Channel Field, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Own Communications & Calendaring: Maintain a global calendar of events and ensure proactive communication with field teams and partners.
What You Bring
- Experience: 8+ years in channel operations, field marketing, event marketing, or program management in a B2B or channel-first organization.
- Operational Rigor: Strong project management skills with a passion for process, documentation, and scaling repeatable programs.
- Marketing Acumen: Understanding of brand standards, messaging alignment, and channel marketing principles.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable building reporting frameworks to measure ROI, track performance, and inform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to work across multiple teams and levels—from field reps to executives—with clear communication and follow-through.
