Professional Services Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant is either office based or working remotely providing service delivery support for Vonage customers. Either working on your own projects or part of a wider project team, the PS Consultant will deliver exceptional levels of service to our customers.
Working within the Professional Services department, the PS Consultant owns the full end-to-end delivery of their projects. This includes design sessions with customers where the Consultant will need to provide best practice advice on how to get the most value out of the Vonage solution. PS Consultants will also need to build the technical solution, test the build and provide training to customers in a number of formats (Face to Face, remote, Classroom training etc).
PS Consultants also provide day to day advice, guidance and governance for projects run through our Partner Ecosystem. They will have opportunities to work with many different businesses of all different types and industries, learning how to quickly assess a customer requirement and deliver a solution design to high satisfaction.
Strategic:
- Deliver projects on time and within scope
- Deliver within allocated project time
- Project tracking and time management
Operational:
- Project management of implementations on client site and remote Integration with clients existing Salesforce service (or other CRM’s)
- Training for new and existing users
- Assisting with presentations and trade shows
- Providing best practice to customers on Contact Centres
Financial:
- Awareness of project commercials
- Expenses recharged to clients where appropriate
People:
- Assist other team members and wider departments
- Knowledge share within team and externally
What you'll bring
Desired Qualifications:
- Foundation Project Management accreditation
- Salesforce ADM 201
Desired Experience:
- CCaaS 1-2 Years Technical Experience
- Contact Centre (Customer Service/Inside Sales) experience.
- Business Analysis 1-2 Years Experience
- Presentation skills
