About the Role
The Sales Strategy Senior Analyst will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy by aligning incentives, ensuring financial soundness, and collaborating with various global teams. This role is pivotal in bridging field teams, such as sales, partner, renewals, and customer success with finance, to optimize our sales approach and maximize company performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business, can navigate cultural differences and work closely with international teams.
- Sales Incentive Alignment: Ensure that sales incentives are aligned with company goals, creating a balance between rewarding high performance and driving long-term business success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between field teams such as sales, marketing, customer success, and renewals with finance to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution of sales strategies.
- Financial Insight & Analysis: Leverage financial acumen to guide sales strategies and ensure decisions are financially sound, supporting sustainable business growth.
- Global Engagement: Operate effectively within a global structure, adapting to cultural differences and ensuring best practices are applied across all regions.
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Support strategic sales initiatives by interpreting sales performance data, market trends, and financial metrics to guide business decisions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the design and execution of sales strategies that support corporate objectives and optimize growth in key markets.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor and measure the success of sales strategies, ensuring KPIs are met and the team is on track to meet company targets.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong experience in sales operations, sales strategy, financial analysis, or related areas.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance data insights and business intuition.
- Experience in a global, cross-functional environment is preferred.
