About the Role

We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our CX team. This professional will occupy the position of Field Software Engineer Full Stack Developer. We expect this professional to have over 5 years of experience in relevant work as a web developer and digital commerce, be an expert in the JavaScript stack, frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node, and GraphQL, and experience with the VTEX platform.
In this role, you will make a significant contribution by coaching our largest customers on how to deploy applications based on platform recommendations, as well as business rules translated into technology.
We are looking for an exceptional problem solver with good communication skills and the ability to ask probing questions to validate applications and find bugs.
You will work with the CX and Success team supporting customers with complex implementation issues and bug fixes, always being proactive. Always with a self-taught mindset, committed to finding the best solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the monitoring, performance and performance of applications, support in the analysis of problems during deploys;
  • Support in the creation of documentation and functional requirements guides;
  • Support in optimizing applications for performance and scalability;
  • Collaborate with back and front-end developers;
  • Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting;
  • Participate in complex architecture and development projects;
  • Work closely with partners, product and projects to solve customer development issues;
  • Share and spread technical knowledge with other team members.

 

Who you are

  • Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS;
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript;
  • High knowledge of React and Next.js;
  • Solid experience using REST API;
  • Knowledge in the use of GraphQL;
  • Solid understanding of Browser APIs and the dynamics that compose them;
  • Experience in DevOps practices;
  • Significant debugging experience using JavaScript-based tools such as Chrome Developer and Console;
  • Good understanding of SEO principles;
  • Good knowledge of the principles of loading performance;
  • Experience with VTEX Commerce platform (VTEX IO, Intelligent Search, APIs) ;
  • Digital commerce experience (preferred);
  • Advanced English knowledge (preferred).
