We’re looking for AI-driven content creators who are hands-on, agile, and deeply tuned into how digital platforms behave. This role is not about celebrity status — it’s about your ability to think creatively, move fast, and publish content that resonates in real time.

You should be someone who understands how algorithms work — not just in theory, but in practice. You know what drives reach, how to craft hooks, and how to shape content that rides the current. We value originality above pedigree: whether you’ve worked with global brands or small local businesses, what matters most is your creative instinct and ability to bring ideas to life.

You’ll be expected to ideate, capture, edit, and publish content end-to-end — across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a strong plus.

We’re building a team of creators who are not only fluent in short-form storytelling but also eager to explore how AI can amplify creativity, speed, and insight. If you’re curious, experimental, and obsessed with how platforms evolve — this is your playground.


This is a São Paulo based role, with in-office presence required from Monday to Thursday. Fridays are work-from-home.

Based in São Paulo, we’re building a group of makers who are deeply tuned into how digital platforms evolve and how content travels online. This isn’t a team of influencers or brand ambassadors — it’s a team of strategic creatives who move fast, think algorithmically, and create content that performs in real time. Our focus is on short-form storytelling that hits the right nerve at the right moment. We don’t wait for perfection — we prioritize speed, insight, and experimentation. Everyone on the team is expected to ideate, shoot, edit, and publish with minimal friction. We work across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts — shaping content for the native language and energy of each.

Who you are

  • Based in São Paulo, with availability to work from the office Monday to Thursday (Fridays are remote).
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
  • Strong creative instinct — you think in ideas and move fast to bring them to life.
  • Experience creating native content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts — with a feel for what works on each platform.
  • Ability to produce end-to-end content: filming, editing, and publishing independently using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media management, including performance tracking and content scheduling.
  • Sharp aesthetic sensibility — you can turn a simple idea into something visually engaging.
  • Understanding of how social media algorithms behave and how to craft content that performs.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with paid social — understanding and managing social media ads is a plus.
  • Background in agencies or freelance work in content strategy, video editing, scriptwriting, or creative direction.
  • Experience in launching your own creative projects (e.g. podcast, YouTube channel, or TikTok account), even if they didn’t take off.
  • Spanish or any other additional language.
  • A multicultural perspective — having lived, studied, or worked in more than one country or cultural context.
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in marketing, film, communication, visual arts, or a related field.
