Digital Demand Generation Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Demand Generation Manager to fuel and execute performance-driven campaigns for North America and global markets. This role will be embedded in our NA Marketing team and will focus on managing paid media channels, SEO, and website conversion strategies that drive qualified pipeline and brand visibility.
You’ll collaborate closely with content, growth, and regional marketing leads to support integrated campaign execution, and play a key role in optimizing digital touchpoints across the funnel.
Paid Media Management
- Own execution and optimization of all paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels targeting North America ICPs.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to implement strategic paid campaigns for global awareness and lead generation.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to maximize ROI and CPL.
Lead Management
- Oversee lead lifecycle tracking and conversion metrics from Marketing Generated Leads (MGL) to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL).
- Ensure accurate and consistent lead attribution within HubSpot and across integrated platforms such as Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor and report on campaign ROI and funnel performance metrics including CPC, CPL, and lead-to-MQL rates.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align lead scoring models and nurture workflows.
Website & SEO Optimization
- Oversee website performance in collaboration with the web development and design agency to ensure pages are optimized for traffic and conversions.
- Lead SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking tactics to increase organic visibility.
- Collaborate with the agency to analyze and improve website speed, UX, and funnel paths to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track performance across channels and campaigns.
- Deliver actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports to marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing across landing pages and digital channels.
Landing Page Management
- Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot and on site () that align with campaign goals.
- Ensure pages are well-integrated with CRM and marketing automation tools for seamless lead capture and routing.
*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.

Who you are
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with hands-on paid media and SEO responsibilities.
- Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and/or programmatic platforms.
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot and strong experience managing campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting within the platform.
- Strong knowledge of web performance tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
- Experience with landing page builders and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Fluent in English; experience working with North American markets preferred.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, commerce, or martech industry.
