Marketing & Sales Intern
Duration: 1 year (with potential to extend)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cold Prospecting & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential sponsors and partners for VTEX events.

Conduct outbound outreach via personalized emails and messages.

Use CRM and automation tools to support scalable campaigns.

- Sales Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

Engage with companies showing interest, answer questions, and schedule meetings.

Work closely with the commercial team to move prospects through the sales funnel.

- CRM & Reporting

Log interactions and maintain prospect records up-to-date in our CRM.

Track and report performance metrics to improve prospecting strategies.

- Event Support (as needed)

Attend VTEX events to support sponsor relations and onsite logistics.

Be the point of contact for sponsors, ensuring a smooth experience.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Passion for sales, marketing, and events, with a curiosity to learn about tech and commerce.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, persuasive and engaging.

Proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection or cold outreach.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to use CRM and automation tools (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus).

Native Spanish speaker. English proficiency is required
