Business Operations Junior Analyst

About the role

The Business Operations area plays a key role within VTEX’s Growth structure. This area is responsible for gathering data from across the entire operation and building metrics and reports that will assist leadership in decision-making. The Business Operations Analyst will work with financial and operational data, support sales strategy discussions, aid in strategic business decisions, and contribute to the development of new features in the systems used by the Growth team.

*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making by leadership

  • Contribute to the development of new features in the systems used by the Growth team, including CLM, CRM, and marketing tools.
  • Create and maintain performance reports that guide leadership in strategic decision-making.

  • Support discussions related to sales strategy and business strategic decisions.

  • Provide support to Growth Leadership at VTEX with sales data and knowledge of internal processes related to new contracts and future deals.

Qualifications:

  • Level of English: Advanced or Fluent
  • Experience with Data Analysis and programming
  • Previous experience in financial and operational data analysis.

  • Strong skills in creating and analyzing performance reports and key metrics.

  • Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier and Power Automate, CRM, CLM, marketing tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills to support leadership and teams in strategic decisions.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
