Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Administrator include:
- Gathers, enters and reconciles field staff timecards accurately and within required timeframes.
- Proofs job numbers, warranty numbers, employee numbers and daily hours.
- Gathers, enters and reconciles field expense reports accurately and within required timeframes.
- Prepares all new projects for start-up.
- Completes administrative functions related to new contracts, letters of intent, project permits, and project submittals.
- Partners with Accounting to answer and resolve any project billing or receivables questions or issues.
- Advances the Construction department by participating in and contributing to forward-looking, progression-focused initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years professional experience working in an office setting.
- The soft skills to interact with people in person and across multiple platforms internally and externally.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and customer service communication skills
- PC computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-browsing, on-line applications, and calendaring.
- Experience handling phone calls, working in customer service, and/or acting as a messaging service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license
