Warehouse Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour 

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 6:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator include 

Inventory Control

  • Understands, implements, and maintains work rules, policies and procedures, standards of performance, key performance measures, and reporting/feedback mechanisms to optimize inventory management efforts
  • Organizes & operates the warehouse functions efficiently & maintains the warehouse presentation in a superior condition 
  • Issues parts according to a valid transfer request and records transfer request into the inventory information system

Tools Control

  • Organizes and operates the tool crib functions efficiently and maintains the tool crib presentation in a superior condition
  • Manages the accountability procedures for all tools with a Sign In/Out Log
  • Follows up with checked-out tools that are out longer than recorded

Coordination & Communication

  • Controls material costs by ensuring purchasing, accounting, and usage standards are met for all stock inventory items
  • Coordinates with department leaders and accounting to review material costs
  • Notifies the appropriate service manager or service dispatcher of deliveries in a prompt and timely manner 

Qualified candidates will have: 

  • High School Diploma or E.D. (Preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • 2-3 years forklift experience
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Must have a valid driver's license
