More about Your team

The Mission of Growth Unit is to Simplify Adoption of Wrike. What we do is called Product Led Growth. Within our 3 teams we invest into Conversion, Organic Expansion, Adoption and Monetization tracks to enable better growth for the company. You will become a part of one of these teams! Each of those consists of Backend and Frontend engineers, QA, Product Manager, Designer and Engineering Manager. Our teams in Cyprus and Bangalore are co-located and have a lot of fun together in person! The teams within Growth are collaborating on a daily basis and are working towards achieving unit and company goals together. Work in Growth is all about experimentation: we run a lot of A/B tests, trying to find growth leverages for our key metrics. This makes us customer-oriented and takes good understanding of business.

How You’ll make an impact

  • Solve curious problems and explore different PLG mechanics together with the team - from concept and design to implementation and continuous experimentation;
  • Build the right thing in the right way - maintain excellent technical quality of the solutions we build;
  • Bring diverse expertise and background to the team - learning new skills and helping others grow!

You will achieve your best if you have

  • Strong Java, REST, SQL, unit/integration testing frameworks knowledge and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of prior relevant SW development experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years experience
  • Good expertise in relational and non-relational storages (PostgreSQL, Redis)
  • Experience of working in a product team
  • Fluent English
  • Clear communication skills - ability to articulate ideas on the team meetings, presenting on sprint reviews
  • Self-organized and a team player, proactiveness in improving tech foundation and delivery processes, understanding of customers problems we are solving (not just putting code to production)

You will stand out with

  • Experience working with A/B experiments
  • Experience working with product metrics and owning outcomes of your work
  • Analytical skills to manage complexity of the scope, when we run multiple experiments in parallel
