
Head of Threat Intelligence

The Head of Threat Intelligence will lead the development of advanced technical capabilities, drive intelligence strategy, and integrate AI solutions into security operations. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and experience in intelligence lifecycle management to anticipate, identify, and mitigate emerging cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Reverse engineer malware, exploit code, and vulnerabilities.
- Develop detection rules, secure software, and low-level systems designs.
- Lead formal methods research and advanced SAT/SMT solver work.
- Contribute to OS design, SOC operations, and TTP product development.
Intelligence Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced intelligence certifications and training to enhance target and capability analysis.
- Align intelligence outputs with SOC needs and address data-driven gaps.
AI Integration:
- Design, test, and train AI systems for threat detection and analysis.
- Develop AI workflows and agents to automate critical processes.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute threat intelligence strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify partnership opportunities and assess customer needs to improve security operations.
- Provide innovative solutions for technical challenges, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in threat intelligence or cyber operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, work independently, and execute projects to completion.
- Solid technical foundation in reverse engineering, secure software design, and AI development.
- Expertise in the intelligence lifecycle and its technical integration.
- Advanced knowledge of malware analysis, vulnerabilities, and exploit development.
- Experience in SAT/SMT solvers, formal methods research, and systems design.
- Hands-on expertise in AI system design and intelligence analysis tools.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $270,000 - $400,000
