Fedelta is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand our customer portfolio within a defined national target market. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for a self-motivated, high-energy sales professional with a strong ‘hunter’ mentality.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market sales strategy, identifying and converting new opportunities, and building lasting relationships with customers. You will work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales success and ensure seamless product adoption.

Full time remote role with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation

    • Proactively source and engage new sales opportunities through targeted business development activities.
    • Identify and qualify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
    • Leverage market intelligence to identify industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, demonstrating product capabilities and value propositions.
    • Track sales performance, manage pipeline in CRM, and report key metrics to the General Manager.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning Fedelta’s solutions accordingly.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, product enhancements, and market insights.
  • Collaboration & Product Knowledge

    • Work cross-functionally with development, project, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
    • Stay up to date on Fedelta’s product offerings, market positioning, and industry trends.
    • Conduct quality checks on product and service delivery to ensure customer expectations are met.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B Point of Sales or ERP experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to develop qualified leads and move them through the sales cycle to close.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and via video.
  • Experience in CRM systems for pipeline management and sales tracking.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of sales principles and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Exposure to hospitality and/or retail industries is a plus.
