We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Zagreb office, supporting Rizk Casino, one of Betsson Group’s leading brands. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position with a rotating shift schedule, covering Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 23:59 (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via email and chat — no sales or phone calls involved.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Rizk Casino, ensuring professional and customer-focused interactions.
  • Report key market insights and customer feedback to support the Team Leader in decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Croatian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced workload.
  • Previous customer service experience (e.g., in hospitality, retail, or similar roles) is a plus.
