Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As a dedicated operations partner within one of our key product organizations, you will play an integral role in ensuring seamless product execution and scaling our product development processes. Your core focus will be on implementing operational frameworks, driving planning cadences, and supporting roadmap planning to drive clarity and efficiency across teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional leaders to streamline workflows, track progress, and remove obstacles to delivery. With a focus on both immediate execution and long-term scalability, you will be key in aligning processes and teams with business objectives.
- Establish and refine the core operational processes that guide product teams toward efficient and scalable execution, ensuring alignment with the Product Development Lifecycle
- Partner with product leaders to build and maintain clear, actionable roadmaps that align with company objectives
- Lead planning cadences that provide structure and predictability to product development cycles
- Work across teams to manage interdependencies, anticipate risks, and ensure all teams remain aligned on priorities
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, identifying bottlenecks, and driving solutions that scale product operations and enhance collaboration
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, product management or similar roles
- A track record of partnering with leadership to drive alignment and execution against key business objectives
- Expertise with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing effective operational improvements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate complex projects
Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary ranges noted below roles in the specific geographic zones
Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$167,300 - $200,700 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$150,500 - $180,600 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$142,200 - $170,600 USD
