WHY BOX NEEDS YOU:
As a Senior Product Manager for Box Apps you will be responsible for setting the product vision , strategy and execution for the product. You to drive the future of our Apps by transforming how teams access and manage their content. Your expertise will help us simplify complex processes, enabling users to work more efficiently with metadata and streamline their workflows. By leveraging AI-powered tools and intuitive dashboards, you will empower organizations to reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity. With your leadership, we can create a seamless experience that allows teams to focus on what matters most—collaboration and innovation.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to successful launch.
- Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment.
- Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack.
- Proven ability to navigate and balance the needs of diverse personas, including enterprise buyers, administrators, and end users, within dynamic environments.
- Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives.
- Must speak English proficiently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and help develop product strategy
- Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria by working closely with Product and Engineering Leads
- Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value
- Partner with peer teams to integrate various features into apps such as Metadata, Workflows, Agentic routines and more.
- Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving metrics that matter
- Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Service, etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-vale use cases, and explore new product opportunities
- Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team
Percentage of time spent:
- 40% Creating and iterating on requirements & mockups. Working with engineers on sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming and design reviews
- 20% Interacting with customers, sales, solution engineers, customer success, professional service, product support, etc.
- 5% GTM activities such as release management, documentation, collaterals creation, etc.
- 10% Market research, competitive research
- 20% Analyzing metrics

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
