In This Role
You will play a key part in expanding and managing continuous learning initiatives for a broad network of delivery partners. This position requires strong coordination with multiple internal teams to gather, formalize, and deliver training content effectively through a digital learning platform. You will own the end-to-end management of training projects, ensuring all sessions meet stakeholder expectations and support ongoing readiness and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with community leads to identify and understand training needs across delivery partners.
- Partner with product and content teams to collect, clarify, and track training material development.
- Work closely with Learning and Development teams to formalize and publish content using e-learning authoring tools.
- Coordinate training sessions end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with training goals.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for assigned training projects.
- Maintain ongoing follow-up with content creators and trainers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate continuous engagement with participants to sustain learning momentum.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management and training coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with e-learning content authoring and publishing tools (e.g., Rise, Articulate).
- Proven ability to prepare professional presentations and training materials.
- Track record of independently managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to proactively monitor and drive projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with digital learning platforms or cloud-based training environments.
- Background in coordinating technical or product-related training programs.
- Familiarity with continuous learning frameworks and readiness initiatives.
- Prior experience working with large, distributed teams or partners.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 to $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
