Business Support and Administrative – Business Analyst 1
In this role:
You will support the operational execution of supply chain activities related to AI GPU deliveries to data centers. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data and want to grow into more analytical and process-driven responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate system records, tracking order status, and ensuring that customer requirements align with supply and delivery schedules. Over time, you'll have opportunities to contribute to process improvement and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and maintain customer purchase order data in internal systems.

Track material availability, delivery schedules, and data center readiness to ensure alignment with customer timelines.

Participate in recurring meetings to gather updates from leadership and respond to changes in operational priorities (approximately 40% of the time).

Perform data reviews, identify discrepancies, and support reporting and issue resolution efforts (approximately 60% of the time).

Support ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency, including opportunities to contribute to automation and process enhancements.
Basic Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, data analysis, or administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Willingness to learn new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Power BI or similar tools for data reporting and visualization.

Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or other ERP systems.

Interest in process optimization and automation initiatives.
Performance Indicators:

High level of data entry accuracy and system consistency.

Timely identification and communication of misalignments or issues.

Adherence to delivery and customer satisfaction deadlines.

Engagement in learning and development opportunities within the role.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $20 - $22.60 USD/hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
