薪資範圍

TWD 480,000 ~ TWD 720,000 / 年薪

職務內容

剪輯品牌所需的各類型影音內容，包括 YouTube 長影片、社群短影片等創意企劃型內容
剪輯品牌產品 / 廣告宣傳影片
協助影像拍攝前的籌備、出機拍攝
共同參與 YouTube 發想企劃內容討論
各式團隊交付的拍攝剪輯相關任務

基本能力需求

具備 2 年以上影視剪輯相關工作經驗
熟悉至少一種影片剪輯軟體（ Adobe Premiere 或 Final Cut Pro），能獨立完成影片剪輯後製，包括剪接、轉場、調色、字幕、字卡、動畫特效、音效、配樂等
能夠依據行銷或企劃需求，迭代影像呈現方式與剪輯效果
熟悉影像製作流程，包括腳本發想、影片拍攝至剪輯輸出，能獨立作業並與團隊協作順暢
熟悉攝錄影相關器材，包括相機、燈光及收音等設備操作

加分能力

具備高流量長短影音的製作與剪輯經驗，並能提供具體數據成果
目標導向且具自發性，能夠高度掌握時程、專案進度並兼顧透明主動的溝通
對於求職、職涯、職場主題有興趣，且有能力自主尋找及統整相關資訊
具備基本英文聽力 & 閱讀能力
不畏懼鏡頭，敢在品牌社群上露臉
