Sr. Marketing Campaign & Ops Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, execution-focused Senior Manager of Marketing Campaigns and Operations, to take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery — from planning and buildout to launch and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the details, can manage multiple moving parts, and knows how to bring marketing strategies to life through flawless execution, streamlined operations, and real-time analytics.  

This individual will also play a key role in evaluating and integrating AI and agentic AI tools to increase efficiency, enhance personalization, and improve performance across marketing execution. As a senior manager you will be integral to the marketing process, working cross-functionally within marketing and across the organization to deliver best-in-class, data-informed and AI-augmented campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and maximize conversions. 

In this role you will: 

  • Serve as Marketing’s subject matter expert on marketing platforms, AI/ML-driven tools, and execution best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, client engagement, and various stakeholders to define marketing execution, marketing components, digital execution and ensure alignment. 
  • Develop and implement ‘always on’, performance marketing campaigns and product/solution launches designed to meet business and marketing goals for upsell and acquisition.   
  • Identify opportunities to deploy AI agents or co-pilot tools for campaign orchestration, personalization, and optimization across channels.  
  • Maintain program and campaign schedules, calendars, budgets, as appropriate and report regularly on progress and goal achievement.  

Your impact: 

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Build and launch marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, web, and events — on time and with precision.
    • Own the tactical execution of campaign workflows in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
    • Manage campaign calendars, briefs, assets, segmentation, testing, QA, and deployment.
    • Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and technical quality across all outbound marketing efforts.
    • Integrate AI-driven personalization models, language generation tools, and content recommendation engines to improve user experience and engagement. 
  • Marketing Operations Support:
    • Set up, test, and maintain email nurtures, automation flows, lead scoring, and CRM integrations.
    • Execute campaign tagging, tracking (UTMs, pixels), and list management.
    • Support lead management processes from acquisition to handoff to sales, ensuring speed-to-lead and alignment with SLAs.
    • Keep the marketing tech stack clean, efficient, and execution-ready.
    • Evaluate and implement agentic AI systems to automate routine tasks and optimizae decision-making workflows. 
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitor daily campaign performance and surface insights to quickly iterate and improve results.
    • Own reporting dashboards and help stakeholders understand what’s working (and what’s not).
    • Support pipeline reporting, attribution tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
    • Use AI-powered analytics platforms to detect performance anomalies, surface insights, and forecast outcomes. 

Contributors to your success:  

  • Proven ability to build, launch, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Marketing Cloud) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience working with or deploying AI marketing platforms (e.g., Agentforce, Qualified, Jasper, Writer, Copy.ai or predictive lead scoring tools).
  • Highly organized, detail-orientated, and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into action.
  • Experience in global and regional/localized marketing (UK, EMEA, APAC)
  • Working knowledge of marketing metrics and performance analytics. 
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Tello, SharePoint, Monday.com)
  • Understanding of UTM parameters and campaign traceability / attribution tracking.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI or autonomous marketing agents for workflow automation, generative content creation or intelligent campaign orchestration.
