Talent Attraction and People Partner Associate

Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership to identify talent needs and develop attraction and retention solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from profile definition to the final offer.
- Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies to attract talent aligned with the company's culture.
- Participate in organizational development projects, focusing on improving employee experience and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Manage HR performance indicators and People Analytics processes to support strategic decisions.
- Provide consultative support to managers and team leaders, promoting best practices in people management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and implement innovations in talent attraction processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies, including talent hunting and passive candidate attraction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments is a plus.
- Knowledge in ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Employer Branding and employer brand strategies.
- Certifications in talent management or related areas.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
