Job Application for Training Manager at CPI Security

CPI Security based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for a talented Training Manager to lead our Training team. The primary responsibilities of a Training Manager are to partner with key business partners to develop and implement a variety of employee training and development programs that facilitate employee education and results in the enhanced contribution of each training’s participants.

What You'll Do:

Create and implement the training and development strategy
Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company
Partner with business unit leaders to develop and strengthen training to deliver outcomes
Establishes metrics and measures the effectiveness of all training programs
Develops policies and procedures that keep internally developed courses updated and maintained
Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance through training programs

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 4 years previous experience within a medium- to large-sized company learning environment
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
Previous experience within call center environment preferred
