System Process Improvement SME
Copper River Technologies is seeking a System Process Improvement SME to join our team in support of a contract at the Washington Headquarters Services. This position is onsite in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- DAI Federal Financials System subject matter expert / Sustainment Team and providing process area sustainment support including and not limited to Order Management (General, Reimbursables, and Capital), including Accounts Receivables, Procure To Pay, Federal Administrator, and Cash Management.
- Quantified Oracle system requirements, upgrades, and issues to provide solutions and build capabilities utilizing DAI Oracle Time & Labor
- Participate in testing events while designing testing strategy, test scripts, and engaging the end-user community
- Establish framework for controls, standards, performance measurements, and quality/efficiency improvement while providing metric reporting
- Requirements Management, Fit-Gap analysis, presented summarized requirements to stakeholders, Design and review, supporting development team, Application configuration, Conference Room Pilot, Functional Testing, Analytical reasoning, SQL skills supporting reconciliation & troubleshooting, Training, Site-Readiness, transition and Documentation
Requirements:
- Clearance:
- Secret
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience:
- 7 years of demonstrated experience in Oracle Solution for Federal Administrator, Contract Projects, Cost Accounting for Cost Allocations and Cost Transfers, Oracle Time and Labor, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Purchasing modules
- 3 years of demonstrated experience utilizing DAI
