Executive Receptionist
RECONCRAFT is seeking a poised and professional Executive Receptionist to serve as the Director of First Impressions—the face and voice of our organization. This key position plays a critical role in representing our company to senior government officials and other high-profile visitors. The ideal candidate brings exceptional professionalism, a polished demeanor, and attention to detail to ensure every guest’s experience reflects our high standards.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Warmly welcome and check in all visitors with professionalism and discretion; manage guest access using SineCore.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and common office areas.

Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Manage meeting scheduling, calendars, and note-taking as requested.

Reserve and prepare conference rooms for client meetings, briefings, or internal events.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing shipments.

Order and track office supplies, ensuring key items are always stocked.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and occasional project support.
Essential Job Qualifications:
Education:
-
Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative experience.
Skills & Experience:
-
Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional, polished tone.

Demonstrated ability to remain calm, courteous, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
-
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Prior experience supporting executive-level or client-facing environments strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business needs or executive visits.
