About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketplace Dynamics Associate who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and performance. In this role, you’ll combine your business insight with technical skills to build dashboards, develop automation pipelines, and deliver insights that drive operational excellence. You’ll partner with product, operations, and data teams to improve workflows, uncover performance trends, and scale solutions from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement analytics frameworks to measure team performance, funnel health, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of country/regional metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and implement new processes and automation opportunities that improve business operations and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automation pipelines using Python, with data extracted from APIs, public datasets, and internal systems.
  • Build and manage scalable infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Take ownership of operational data flows and performance optimization of dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Support enablement efforts through documentation, training, and internal process development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or automation.
  • Domain expertise in logistics tech, hospitality, QSR, e-commerce, or real estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; STEM or analytical background strongly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive insights from complex data.
  • Experience building data tools and dashboards to support business processes at scale.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Proficient in SQL and data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with Python for building automation and data pipelines.
  • Familiar with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to ETL/orchestration tools such as DBT, Airflow, or GCP BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with data applications using frameworks like Django or Streamlit is a plus.
  • Ability to extract data from various sources (web scraping, APIs, internal systems).

  • A self-starter with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Effective at working with cross-functional teams to influence change.
  • Able to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Motivated by impact and driven to improve systems at scale.
