Purpose
As the Supply Chain Analyst at Divergent Technologies, you will play a critical role in our supply chain and planning operations and ensure successful implementations within the supply chain and manufacturing departments. This position involves working with multiple teams to help develop and build the systems and reporting infrastructure. Your strategic insights will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

The Role
- Lead to build out of reporting tools and underlying schemas to support engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and new product introduction teams. Translate program demands into data warehouse and pipeline development requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource utilization. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
- Manage inventory level targets, reviewing line of balances, aligning demand supply signals and allocations, maintaining product master data and developing expertise in improving and expanding in-house systems and reports.
- Mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply by constructing and executing well thought strategies that fulfills the needs of the product.
- Monitor parameter performance to ensure accurate demand signals (i.e., lead times, MOQ's, lot sizing, safety stock); identify and resolve system and/or BOM inaccuracies to preserve data integrity.
- Analyze supply data and report metrics to inform on critical trades including make vs. buy, traceability requirements and lead times, and supplier selection
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices in all activities.
- Act as subject matter expert on proprietary enterprise software systems and lead initiatives to improve feature sets and workflows.
- Develop conventions and process templates to drive standardization of planning effort.
- Develop and monitor appropriate KPIs to monitor supply chain performance including purchasing trends, cost estimates, delivery of material and products.
- Monitor supplier performance through exception management reporting, supply constraints. escalations, and proactive monitoring of the forecast identifying key shifts that may impact supply.
- Contribute to the evaluation and integration of new supply chain technologies (example: Power BI, Oracle report building)
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, computer science, data analytics or a related field
- At least 2-5+ years in reporting build out, data analytics, and process improvements
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Keen ability to make the complex simple
- Strong, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Platforms and Advance Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL and Python or equivalent language
- Experience in supply chain planning
- Use of JIRA and Team Center software
- Advanced knowledge of business management software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Report and procedure writing skills
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet company needs
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
- Urgency to complete and improve repeated tasks that will require expertise and attention to detail
- Ability to lead in a highly challenging, dynamic, and innovative start-up atmosphere
Work Environment
- Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts.
- Must be willing to travel to customer locations, product launch sites, and other offices as needed.
Compensation
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels S04 - S05 as evaluated through our interview process.
- S04 Specialist: $90,100 - $123,888
- S05 Senior Specialist: $104,040 - $143,055
