
Technical Product Manager (ERP Experience Required)
In this hands-on, individual contributor Technical Product Manager (TPM) role, the candidate will be responsible for driving successful product delivery that aligns with both customer needs and strategic business objectives.
The candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of GHX products and the customer journey across supported ERP systems, ensuring seamless communication and simplified workflow for our customers.
Acting as the critical link between engineering, customers, and business teams, the candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers and end users to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for engineering.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Assesses ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop business case and product roadmaps.
- Assists in translating business needs and customer feedback related to ERP integrations into clear product requirements, breaking them down into releases, epics, and user stories.
- Writes scenarios for user personas to describe instances of B2B market problems or situations that illustrate why a product requirement is necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of defined scope, levels of effort and release timing.
- Explore integration options with different ERP and MMIS systems, and work closely with both internal and external ERP business partners to ensure the proposed solution delivers an optimal customer experience between the GHX product and the ERP platform
- Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality integration delivery through regular checkpoints with development, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and problems, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.
- Stay current with industry trends, ERP platform changes, and best practices in integration design and architecture
- Support business and customer success teams with product expertise and technical guidance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration effectiveness, user adoption, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong collaboration with Technical Product Managers overseeing ERP integrations to ensure knowledge sharing, roadmap alignment, and prioritization for engineering execution.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of proven profession experience with technical products, preferably with background in B2B integrations.
- Experience communicating technical solutions to both internal and external audiences.
- Experience in ERP integration/ B2B integrations is required
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be self-directed with strong initiative.
- Sound technical product management skills, and customer focused mindset
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience.
- Highly adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions.
- Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies.
Estimated salary range: $98,000 - $130,500
