
Contractor - Project Operations Specialist
The Contract - Project Operations Specialist is a key member of the Solution Delivery PMO team. This role is responsible for overseeing the provisioning process for incoming cases, ensuring requests are suitable for provisioning, and creating intake records. The individual will be responsible for client communication.
The individual will monitor projects in sequenced and disengaged queues, taking action to resolve issues. The Project Operations Specialist will serve as a backup for the project intake process, working closely with external customers and internal teams to prepare for implementation projects whose scope is centered on the automation of supply chain processes for the healthcare industry.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
This is a remote-based contract position, with an expected duration of 6 months.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the provisioning queue for incoming cases, reviewing requests to confirm their suitability for provisioning.

Ensure the timely and accurate creation of intake records.

Communicate with external clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Create and manage time tracking tasks within TaskRay projects to ensure efficient allocation and tracking of resources.

Confirm that all necessary documentation is uploaded upon the completion of provisioning processes.

Update tasks and post proof when revenue has been recognized during provisioning.

Monitor and take necessary actions to resolve issues in projects categorized as 'Sequenced' and 'Disengaged.'

Serve as a backup for the project intake process to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Escalate scope or coordination issues that cannot be resolved or that may impact client satisfaction.

Conduct general reporting activities and set up specific project activities as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.

Understand objectives to work independently and deliver timely results.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.

1+ years’ Project Management experience.

Knowledge and experience with CRMs (Salesforce, is our primary system).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage queues, documentation and other tasks efficiently.

Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Able to think critically, identify issues and take appropriate action to resolve.

Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, flexibility, consideration, discretion, tact, confidence, and effectiveness in dealing with people.
Preferred Qualifications:

Possesses the requisite integration and implementation knowledge to ask the right questions at any phase of the project intake process in order to anticipate and mitigate technical or resource challenges.

Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Interest in standardization and process improvement

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Estimated hourly compensation $27.00 - $34.00
