THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Facilities Analyst to our Facilities team in CDMX!
As a Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offices in CDMX. A key part of this role is ensuring that the support needs of each location are effectively aligned with the capacity of our office support team — whether through remote support (as an ongoing responsibility), mobile support across different office locations, or stepping in as backup for on-site colleagues when needed.
YOUR IMPACT
- Overall responsibility & ownership for maintaining a welcoming & productive work environment for all Wellhub employees at our Argentina location.
- On-site presence to walk-through and review office environment to ensure clean, comfortable environment.
- Main point of contact for our office employees and vendors.
- Guide employees on their questions, coordinating requests, addressing operational needs, communicating policies and ensuring compliance with people practices.
- Focal point for events: communicate with broader EA team to ensure local on-site support when important events occur in the office.
- Support remote locations.
- Make sure all processes and tools are in place.
WHO YOU ARE

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or other support-related functions.

Advanced English proficiency.

A self-starter with a proactive mindset.

Solution-oriented and strongly focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible and adaptable to change, with strong prioritization skills.

Skilled at building and maintaining a solid network of internal and external contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
