About the Role:
Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Brand Channel Marketing team! This individual will be responsible for managing campaigns in broadcast and streaming TV, working closely with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Digital growth teams to drive the success of marketing initiatives. Accountable for high-impact campaign results, this Senior Manager will have a deep understanding of performance TV campaigns, the offline media landscape, marketing strategies, and testing.
You Will:
- Lead the development and execution of growth campaigns across Linear and Streaming TV, responsible for optimal performance, budget pacing, and ongoing optimizations
- Lead analysis and reporting on channel performance, partnering with marketing analytics on developing tools and measurement methodologies
- Collaborate to build channel strategies that drive both short-term and long-term acquisition goals, delivering impactful business results
- Drive innovation in TV media buying and campaign execution, proactively exploring new opportunities for growth and emerging trends in broadcast and streaming TV
- Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams on executional needs for TV advertisements
- Collaborate with partners in acquisition, retention, product marketing, and integrated marketing teams to develop insights and actions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the product verticals
You Have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in TV marketing and/or Offline marketing with a proven track record of leading high-impact campaigns and driving measurable business results
- 2+ years of experience in Direct Response media buying or media planning at an agency or in-house for a brand
- Hands on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with acquisition KPIs
- Deep understanding of test-and-learn approaches in performance marketing, with the ability to experiment, test, and optimize to improve campaign performance and business outcomes
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker with enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
- Proven ability to use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategy, influence business decisions, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts
- Experienced storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that get customers’ attention and build experiences people love
- Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. $120,000 - $150,000 USD
