- Prepare and review quarterly fund-level client reporting for private equity, real estate, secondary, credit fund-of-funds, and feeder fund vehicles under management.
- Review, interpret, and synthesize reporting materials from underlying private markets sponsors, translating key investment updates into clear client-facing performance commentary.
- Analyze fund and portfolio company performance data, including valuation movements, performance drivers, capital activity, and portfolio developments for inclusion in investor reports.
- Partner with fund administrators and internal stakeholders to validate quantitative reporting data and ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across client materials.
- Coordinate internal compliance review and approval processes to support timely and controlled report distribution.
- Ensure quarterly reports and related investor communications are delivered on schedule to clients, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Draft clear and professional capital call and distribution notices for investors.
- Maintain ongoing communication with underlying sponsors to monitor portfolio company activity, valuation developments, and relevant fund updates.
- Support periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews in collaboration with investment, operations, and reporting teams.
- Act as a private markets product specialist for relationship managers and clients, responding to questions on fund performance, capital calls, distributions, and other fund-related activity.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment reporting, investor communications, fund operations, private equity, hedge funds, real estate, credit, or a related financial services environment; strong recent graduates with relevant internship or academic experience will also be considered.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment and performance information into clear, polished, client-facing content.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data, fund performance metrics, and portfolio company information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong Excel skills and experience manipulating, reviewing, and presenting data are highly valued.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight reporting deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to build deep private markets expertise, gain exposure to institutional-quality investor reporting, and contribute to a collaborative team supporting sophisticated investment products.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office 4 days a week with the flexibility to work remotely 1 day ( Friday).
