POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage and further develop the Concur T&E System for IPG’s operating units.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the relationship between IPG Agencies, Concur Team, and Concur Technologies
  • Develop Concur and its reporting to support IPG’s SP&P
  • Manage the Shared Services Concur T&E team
  • Further develop and communication Concur T&E information to IPG agencies’ senior management
  • Manage the IPG Concur development direction and migrants from the business side
  • Explore any efficiency that can be gained by looking at current processes
  • Participate in all SOX training for the Concur system
  • Review all metrics for T&E
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process for Media and Advertising industry
  • Three to five years in a supervisory role is a must
  • Experience with Project Management is required
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Centre focused on Finance & Accounting activities
  • Must possess strong decision making skills, and be able to think on your fee
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed

7.30 p.m. to 4 a.m.
