As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter/Recruitment Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, team coaching, and direct sourcing, with specialized knowledge in the logistics industry and volume hiring expertise. Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred to support our diverse and global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Management:
- Design and execute hiring strategies to meet business needs, ensuring quality, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team to achieve high performance and continuous growth.
- Build a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
3. Volume Hiring & Industry Expertise:
- Manage high-volume hiring campaigns with innovative and scalable solutions.
- Leverage logistics and supply chain industry knowledge to attract specialized talent.
4. Metrics & Employer Branding:
- Track recruitment performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Strengthen JD Logistics' employer brand through targeted outreach and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Expertise in high-volume hiring and direct sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with proficiency in ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
