Overview – Role
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, working 16 hours a week in a flexible and hybrid work environment.
This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and advance your career within a supportive and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of invoices and documents
- Assist in employe engagement activities and facility management
- Assist in ticketing, travel and onboarding coordination using specialized ERP systems
- Assist in reporting related to administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Assist in public relations functions related to visa and immigration, travelling occasionally to ministry when required
- Assist in typing, scanning and maintaining documents and preparing documents in Arabic or English
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate / diploma holder with good communication skills in English. Those in first year of college can also apply
- Able to type documents in Arabic language
- Computer literate with skills in MS office
- Ready to put in 16 hours of work every week, and work as an enthusiastic team member of a busy administrative team
- Ready to initiate employee engagement programs
- Hold a valid driving license and ready to visit ministry occasionally for labor purposes
- This role is reserved for nationals of the country
