The Opportunity:
This role serves as the primary data pull, prep and analysis for Field Services (FS) Planning and Strategy team. This role works cross-functionally across many teams within LG including the Customer Engagement Call Center, Product Quality and Financial Operations to calculate FS KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and escalate areas of concern to relevant organizational leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary data pull, prep and analysis for Field Services (FS) Planning and Strategy team reporting to management and to LGE HQ.
- Optimize FS performance, work cross-functionally across many teams within LG including the Customer Engagement Call Center, Product Quality and Financial Operations to calculate FS KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and escalate it with relevant organizational leadership.
- Perform operational analysis by gathering, measuring, analyzing data and trends for department operation, activities and projects.
- Understand what variables impact business operation variance and how it should respond tactically.
- Prepare accurate business operational reporting and forecasts utilizing various business intelligence tools and ERP software to drive performance towards goal achievement.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating planning processes by working with analytics partners based on key analytical.
- Heavy interaction across senior business development and field service management. Analytical ingenuity and leadership, coupled with demonstrated cross-functional partnership, are critical skills for this role.
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with Business Analytics, Data Mining, Marketing Analytics, Data Science with Python, Machine Learning, Quantitative & Qualitative Decision Making, Business Web Analytics, and Operations Management
- Professional level competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Experience in SAP Business Objects
- Experience within a planning role such as forecasting, demand planning, predictive modeling, optimization, or logistics gained through work experience
- Bilingual (English/Korean) in assistance with communication with HQ
Recruiting Range
$69,000 - $78,000 USD
