ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT seeks a proactive, self-motivated individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely support for our Live Units and effectively communicating with large customers and internal teams. You’ll be the key point of contact for managing orders, solving issues, and ensuring smooth operations, with a focus on improving processes and building trust with stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with large customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipments using platforms like UPS, FedEx, etc.
- Process and fulfill orders through our ERP/Sales system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline parts operations.
- Work with stakeholders to define new kits and components that simplify field installations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of parts inventory, sales, and replacements, with a focus on transparency and communication.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team, ensuring smooth parts operations and a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S/B.A a plus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a track record of building strong relationships.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced team in a warehouse environment.
