Reporting within IT Ops – the aim of the role will be to drive, to accelerate, to optimize, and lead the day-to-day Salesforce operations (configuration, maintenance, updates, support, data hygiene) and drive process improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong relationships with the IT Ops, GTM leadership, and business operations teams.
- Refine our SFDC strategy across system design, architecture, & integration with other systems that support our GTM motion.
- Immediately jump in and contribute to key company strategic projects (e.g. QTC, pricing & packaging, annual planning)
- Own and maintain all SFDC systems / processes that support our products, price books, discounting, approval rules, etc.
- Establish proper controls for the organization (e.g. profiles, provisioning, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end initiatives (discovery, testing, development, deployment) to simplify and streamline our SFDC interfaces, processes, and set-up.
- Dedicated Learning: A minimum of a B.S.; MBA is preferred but not required.
- Role Related Experiences: 6-8+ years as an SFDC admin w/ advanced certifications (e.g. admin, platform app builder, etc.)
- Technical Expertise: You know SFDC / CPQ / RCA cold and are capable with APEX, Visualforce, Javascript, HTML, and/or CSS.
- Executive Communication: Ability to clearly and proactively communicate findings to stakeholders to frame/drive initiatives.
- The Ability to Scale: Experience leading, building, and scaling systems to support a global B2B org moving to $1bn in revenue
- A Planning Expert: Have owned the end-to-end mid- to long-term planning or capacity planning for initiatives.
- A Process Lover: Deep experience in building, implementing, optimizing, and simplifying business processes.
- Killer Technical PM Chops: Experience managing mid-to-large, x-functional projects with varying degrees of complexity.
